Freedom Energy Logistics has been named amongst the Inc 5000 2017’s fastest growing companies in America
Auburn, NH: This year’s list selections grew 6 fold on average since 2013, a pace that eclipses the economy growth of only 6.7% during that period.
Past honorees that have gone on to be household names include, Zappos, Timberland, Under Armor, Microsoft, Go Pro and plenty more.
“We are extremely grateful to the customers and employees that have made this honor possible. In 2011 Freedom was the smallest of our 4 businesses, it’s amazing to see how far the company has come. This is truly a team effort and everyone at Freedom is proud of the role they have played and continue to play in our success. This is the third time our president, Gus Fromuth, has made the INC 5000 and the second company he has reached this milestone with, a true testament to his leadership and vision.” – Bart Fromuth, COO

What has Freedom Energy done during this period?
Freedom Energy Logistics has identified and maximized the importance of good employees and good systems. In addition to filling key personnel positions, the Freedom Energy offices underwent a complete renovation of the Auburn, NH location and also made a significant investment in a CRM that has increased efficiencies in communications and support. Employee Benefits were increased to further incentivize great talent and encourage workforce loyalty. During this period we have twice been a finalist for the BBB Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics, NH Business Review awarded us a “Business Excellence Award in Consumer Services” and we were also named by General Dynamics | Bath Iron Works as their “2016 Small Business of the Year”.
What does this mean for the future of Freedom Energy Logistics?
We look forward to continuing the momentum and our proven methods of investing in our people and our processes. 2017 saw the implementation of an Employee Appreciation Day, enjoying America’s pastime together with a baseball game at the NH Fisher Cats stadium. Our monthly ‘Freedom Family Lunch’ has been implemented, where we gather to celebrate the company birthdays and other milestone celebrations. An annual dinner recognizes our employees with tenure of 5yrs or more, including 11 employees of our original team. Our systems and tools see continuous investment, which directly impacts our ability to serve our clients. Our growth recognized here provides us additional capacity to make these investments, explore additional areas of growth and continue to pioneer advancements in the industry.
We would like to thank our customers for trusting Freedom Energy Logistics to manage their energy purchasing and for playing a part in bringing the Freedom Energy team into the spotlight for this prestigious national recognition!
