Through recently approved legislative bill HB315, New Hampshire cities, towns and schools have the ability to significantly increase their adoption of renewable energy and receive financial incentives. The enhanced subsidy provides a significant injection of renewable energy into the state, and long-term benefits for utilities, energy users and the environment. Jack reviews renewable net metering laws and its impact on municipal energy users.
