We’ll collaborate with you and your team to help identify effective curtailment opportunities that impact operating function of the facility as little as possible. Depending on the program in which you’re enrolled, in curtailment event, you will receive notification of when and how long to curtail. Freedom offers a variety of notification options including by email, text, and call.
There is no risk to demand response program participation, with failure to respond simply resulting in no payment.
