Freedom Energy is an Energy Advisory company focused on extending our expertise to our clients for the last sixteen years. In that time, we have expanded our business from New Hampshire to sixteen other states to work alongside businesses, municipalities, and organizations to understand their unique requirements and provide energy supply management and renewable energy solutions.

Freedom Energy’s strategic initiatives drive all team members from behind-the-scenes administrative positions to client-facing directors to continuously expand their knowledge in the energy industry, elevate the team and offer the expertise our clients expect from our organization. In an evolving world of new energy technology and legislative changes, remaining current in the industry is a challenge that Freedom Energy’s employees accept with eager anticipation. The executive team continues to develop meaningful programs to aid the team in rising to that challenge.
On July 14, 2022, Freedom Energy hosted its largest all-company training session, focusing on the evolving trends in the energy industry and enhancing the client relationship experience. The dual focus of this training encouraged and supported all members of the Freedom Energy team to bring the most innovative solutions to their clients during one of the most tumultuous times in the energy industry. The team’s ability to advise clients and expand available opportunities in today’s atmosphere relies heavily on the continued development of their knowledge of the industry and emerging products and programs available, none of which would be possible without continued education.
Department experts within the organization spoke to their strengths during the training session imparting their experience and techniques to other team members. These group sessions offer a unique opportunity for employees to develop a cohesive knowledge of the industry and the development of products to enhance the client experience. With this knowledge, team members develop a greater understanding of their peers’ work to support the business goals. In addition, it creates an environment where all departments can collaborate to build a better client experience and further the company’s strategic initiatives.
Sharing knowledge within the organization elevates the entire team, but it is also essential to expand the collective understanding of the industry by bringing in outside energy thought leaders to discuss their expertise. Guest speaker Peter Kelly-Detwiler of NorthBridge Energy Partners, LLC spoke to the team at length on the Evolving Trends and Technologies in Electric Markets. The session sparked several questions, generating in-depth conversations on the energy issues clients face today and the solutions emerging technologies can bring.
The impact of this training was immediate as the Freedom Energy team used the knowledge they gained during the all-company training to elevate their research into solutions for client energy management and renewable solutions. The success of this training has driven the company’s need to push thought leadership further within the organization and expand training and development programs to support Freedom Energy’s mission to provide clients with best-in-class service and innovative solutions today and in the evolving landscape on the horizon.
