At Freedom, giving back isn’t just something we do—it’s part of who we are. In 2025, our team came together in extraordinary ways to support causes that matter most to us, strengthen our communities, and protect the environment we all share. This year was a celebration of compassion, collaboration, and the power of people united by purpose.
Creating Opportunities to Make a Difference
We believe that when employees are empowered to give back, incredible things happen. Throughout the year, Freedom provided opportunities for our team to volunteer, donate, and champion initiatives close to their hearts. These moments weren’t just about service—they were about connection: with each other, with our communities, and with the values that define us.
Hands-On Impact
From the crisp shores of New Hampshire to the heart of Boston, our volunteers showed up where help was needed most. At the Seacoast Science Center, we worked to preserve the beauty of New Hampshire’s coastline. Through the McAuliffe-Shepherd Discovery Center, our team inspired young minds by teaching children about renewable energy. We partnered with the Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack to pack food shipments for families in need and joined Veteran’s Inc for their Veteran’s Day Pancake Breakfast to honor those who served.
Environmental stewardship was front and center during the Earth Day Charles River Cleanup, where Freedom employees rolled up their sleeves to restore one of New England’s most iconic waterways. We also participated in the Gail Singer Memorial Blood Drive, giving the gift of life, and joined Families in Transition for their Walk for Hunger, standing together against food insecurity. Our involvement with New England’s Young Professionals Volunteer Day showcased the power of collaboration across industries.
Supporting Communities Through Giving
Our impact extended beyond volunteer hours. Freedom contributed to organizations that provide warmth, education, and hope. We supported Community Teamwork Lowell with energy and food assistance, helped children thrive through the Children’s Scholarship Fund, and kept kids warm during harsh winters with Coats for Kids. Through Pack A Pack, we supplied back-to-school essentials, and we continued our commitment to Families in Transition, helping secure permanent housing for those in need.
We also proudly supported youth development through First Tee NH and contributed to the Tate H’Open Golf Tournament, benefiting the Hope for PDCD Foundation. Each donation was more than a gift—it was a promise to stand with our communities.
Celebrating Employee-Led Initiatives
What makes Freedom truly special is the passion of our people. In 2025, employees led the way in supporting causes close to their hearts. Carol Anne Watts walked in the Boston Heart Walk to raise awareness for heart health. Dileep Prabhakar joined the March of Dimes walk to support premature babies. Chuck Fuller championed the Londonderry Varsity Baseball Fundraiser, rallying support for local athletes. These efforts remind us that philanthropy isn’t just a corporate initiative—it’s a personal mission embraced by our team.
A Year of Unity and Hope
2025 was more than a year of giving—it was a year of coming together. Every cleanup, every donation, every step taken for a cause strengthened our bond as a team and deepened our connection to the communities we serve. At Freedom, we’re proud of what we accomplished, and we look forward to continuing this tradition of generosity, sustainability, and hope in the years ahead.
