Since joining Freedom in 2019, Carol Anne has served in a variety of roles that have broadened her expertise across the organization and strengthened her impact on the company’s success. As Vice President of Sales, she leads the sales organization with a focus on strategic growth, client engagement, and team development.

In her current role, Carol Anne develops targeted sales strategies, cultivates key client relationships, and collaborates closely with executive leadership to identify new opportunities for growth. Known for her client-first approach, she has successfully expanded and managed strategic accounts while leading client education and training initiatives. A recognized industry leader, Carol Anne is a sought-after speaker at industry conferences and events, where she shares insights on energy markets, procurement strategies, customer engagement, and emerging industry trends. She also serves as Co-Chair of the Retail Committee for the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association (NECA), helping to advance dialogue and best practices within the energy industry.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Carol Anne is deeply committed to community service and advocacy. Inspired by her personal experience with Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection (SCAD), she actively supports the American Heart Association through awareness and fundraising efforts. She serves on the steering committee for the Boston Heart Walk and is passionate about helping educate women about heart health and SCAD awareness.
