Janice Johnston is a dedicated member of Freedom Energy, having joined the team in October 2011 as the company’s Financial Controller. With a strong background in accounting and finance, Janice oversees all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including producing periodic financial reports, managing budgets, maintaining accurate accounting records, and coordinating external financial audits.

A champion of financial integrity, Janice partners with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive set of controls aimed at mitigating risk and ensuring full compliance with accounting principles.

Before her time at Freedom Energy, Janice gained experience across diverse industries, including state and local government, nonprofits, education, manufacturing, real estate, and hospitality. This experience has given her a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge she brings to her current role.

Janice Johnston is a Southern New Hampshire University graduate with a BS degree in Accounting & Finance. Her commitment to excellence and unwavering dedication to financial stewardship make her a valuable asset to the Freedom Energy team.
